Giving away my Dorothy Perkins dress!

Well as you saw below this dress was just not for me. Because I would have to pay shipping to send the dress back to the U.K. I find it pointless to ship the dress back for a refund that would be minimal. So this is good news for you because I will be giving away this dress to one lucky winner. The dress is in a UK size 22 which I think is a 18 or 20 in U.S. sizes. This dress is brand new and has only been tried on.
